Acorn Squash Soup

Acorn squash 2x4 size (clean out seeds and peel outside)

2½  cups water + chicken soup consomme 

1 cup orange juice

2 tsp margarine

½ (heaping) cup onion (an overflowing cup of onion)

Garlic

Mushrooms

½ tsp Cumin 

2 tsp Coriander

½ tsp Cinnamon

¾ tsp ginger

1 tsp dried mustard seed

A little bit of spicy cayenne pepper

Carrot and potato
