Borekas with Spinach

Puff pastry (pre-purchased or prepared)*

1 pack of spinach - chopped (wash before)

Cream cheese

 A little salt

1 egg

Mix all ingredients together and stuff the dough. Use egg to brush on top of borekas before baking.

Cut eggplant to squares with salt

And fry till they get brown.

Put the fried eggplant in a glass bowl.

Cut onion in its nature, into thin rings and add to the eggplant.

3 cups water

Chopped garlic

Salt and pepper

*PUFF PASTRY*

4 cups flour

Water approximately 2 cups

4 Tbs oil

4 Tbs vinegar

1 cube margarine (2 cups aka 1 whole pound)(must be cold, not melted)

Mix all ingredients, except for the margarine. Roll out the dough to very thin leaves and spread the margarine + fold the dough.
