Tiky’s Bulgur with Hummus
1 chopped onion
Fry in olive oil and add water
+ salt & turmeric (about ½ tsp)
Add onion, water and spices to boil, and then add the bulgur and garbanzo beans. Cook on low flame (simmer) till ready.
