Carrots

5-6 garlic cloves (chopped fine) 

1 tsp cumin

Red spicy peppers

2 lemons or ⅓ cup vinegar

¼ cup oil 

¼ cup chopped parsley

Salt 

Clean the 12 carrots & cut to round pieces (1-2 centimeters). Put in a serving pot with juice from the two lemons or ⅓ cup vinegar. Let sit to soften. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over the carrots. Spread the chopped parsley all over the carrots & serve cold.
