(STUFFED GRAPE LEAVES) 

IMA (A recipe from Tiky’s Mother, Najiba Aviva.)

In a bowl:

3 cups rice (rinsed)

Salt

Margarine cube (how much?)

Red beets chopped

A pack of parsley (washed)

Onion chopped

Pieces of meat

Mix all together.

2) YAPRACH CONTINUATION 

- For the stuffing

  Onions

  Red beets

  Beet leaves (green)

Fill them up in the stuffing.

Set in a pot in a certain order.

Cover with water, ½ tsp salt lemon

2 tsp sugar

Bring the ingredients to a boil, simmer the flame, and towards the end pour ⅓ cup of oil on everything and cook for a few minutes.
